The Specific Plan is intended to guide development of the 76.4 acre site, which is located in the northwest portion of the City of Oakley, immediately east of State Route 160, on the north side of State Route 4 between Bridgehead Road and Big Break Road. The Specific Plan is intended to establish a set of approved commercial uses for the project area, provide standards for site development and future building improvements, and identify roadway and infrastructure improvements to serve the project area. At buildout, the Specific Plan will include up to 770,000 sq. ft. of commercial development. |
