Rezoning Application No. R-06-47 and Conditional Use Permit Application No. C-06-169, filed by Granum Partners, relate to approximately 32 acres located between West Alluvial and West Locust Avenues and between North Palm and North Ingram Avenues, City of Fresno, County of Fresno.
