OPR Technical Advisory on Climate Change
The Governor's Office of Planning and Research (OPR) has posted a technical advisory on CEQA and Climate Change.
This technical advisory provides OPR's perspective on the issue and precedes the development of draft implementing regulations for CEQA, in
accordance with Senate Bill 97 (Chapter 185, Statutes of 2007).
